Site analysis will include an in-depth investigation and thorough research of the site for the project, taking into account climatic, geographical, historical, legal and infrastructural elements surrounding the build. Consideration needs to be given to location, zoning, legal elements, man made and natural features, human, cultural and climate components. By understanding the site, we can then understand how responsive it will be to both the opportunities and constraints of a development.
