Offering energy efficient architectural design, our aim is to optimise a project’s potential by conducting BER reports and advising on appropriate retrofit solutions. A Building Energy Rating gives an overview of the performance and efficiency of your home. Any areas of improvement will also be identified. Some solutions we consider may include, the upgrading of windows to reduce heat loss, both external and internal insulation for optimum performance and also improving air-tightness, thereby avoiding unwanted air leaks within a project. Other considerations may include; introducing renewable energy resources, including solar collectors and ensuring optimal benefit of sunlight. Mechanical and Electrical Design services can be provided as part of all projects in both the public and private sectors.
